Enhancements to Accessibility

To continue our progress, we have made the following accessibility updates for this release.

  • Enhanced keyboard operability of links within Presenter Adaptive reports in Sales Portal.

  • Ensured sufficient color contrast in Sales Portal reports.

  • Enhanced screen reader accessibility for visual tables in Plan Documents within the Sales Portal.

  • Added unique identifiers to input labels used multiple times on the same page for better accessibility.

  • Programmatically defined roles for screen readers in Sales Portal elements.

  • Ensured screen readers accurately announce the number of table rows and columns, along with the correct reading sequence in tables.

Sales Portal

Stay productive while you wait for your download

We have improved the way download notifications are presented in the Sales Portal to enhance your productivity. Previously, the download indicator appeared prominently in the center of the screen, causing interruptions. Now, we have introduced a toast message that signals the start of your download without hindering your workflow.

With this update, you will receive a brief toast message notifying you that your download has initiated, allowing you to continue viewing reports or performing any actions on the screen. This applies to all download actions, including PDF exports, Excel exports of Presenter Adaptive tables, and exports of Presenter Adaptive charts.

Please note that while the toast message will inform you of the download initiation, it will not track the actual download progress. This functionality will continue to be managed by your browser.

Reports

Sorting report values into an alphabetical order for ease of use

In Presenter Adaptive reports, values are now sorted in an alphabetical order. This change makes it easier to find a specific stored value or parameter in your report. Both new and existing reports will see this change and include the following found in the value dropdown: Insert value, Filters, Used by, Visibility, Links, Default values and the list of stored values and parameters on the left-sidebar of your report. Enhanced editable text input fields in Presenter Adaptive (Staggered release)

With this improvement, editable text fields in Presenter Adaptive tables (including text, email, URL, or comments) configured with Wrap text will now utilize a multi-line scrollable text area to accommodate larger text values seamlessly. When the Wrap text option is enabled in the admin portal, the text area will dynamically adjust based on the content - displaying as a single line for short entries and expanding to fit multiple lines as needed. For content that exceeds the maximum height threshold (approximately 3.5 lines or the height of the tallest column), a vertical scroll bar will appear for easy navigation when column editing is allowed. This feature ensures that users can effortlessly enter and view extensive text fields without compromising the table's overall layout or readability.

Scheduler

Schedule Varicent ELT pipes directly from Incentives (Staggered release)

With this latest update, Incentives users now have the ability to schedule and run Varicent ELT pipes directly from the Scheduler module. We have introduced a new Scheduler task Run Varicent ELT pipe that executes a complete Varicent ELT pipe without needing to import the pipe results into Incentives . This enhancement allows you to run any Varicent ELT pipe from your connected Varicent ELT instance while maintaining the existing functionality of importing results directly into Incentives if desired. This improvement makes it easier to manage all your scheduled tasks in one place.
