Plan Documents
Enhancing Plan Documents for improved usability
We're excited to announce new Plan Documents features to help improve usability and organization in the module. In this release, we're launching the following new features:
The ability to stop and restart a plan document
Compensation administrators can now stop a plan document after distribution. This new functionality allows administrators to correct any plan document errors. Once a plan document is stopped, it is no longer accessible to different workflow actors such as payees and managers. When a plan document is restarted, it regenerates the PDF and distributes it for acknowledgement and approval.
Copy payee assignments when duplicating a plan document
When duplicating, you now have the option to copy a payee assignment and any routings associated with the plan document. Simply tick the checkbox to copy your swimlane definitions and any rules set up for payees in the plan documents workflow.
A new way to organize plan documents
Organize your plan documents into a hierarchy of folders. You can create sub-folders and use keywords to easily find records. Seamlessly drag and drop plan document workflows to move them to a different folder.
Manage the end-to-end plan document lifecycle and reject plan documents with inaccurate information
Create a fully customizable flow for your plan documents and manage any scenario that can occur during the plan document distribution directly within the workflow. With this new feature you can save time by letting a manager or payee route the plan document back instead of having to send an email.
Mark and filter plan documents as favorites
Use the star icon to mark and filter your favorite plan documents. Save time by filtering the plan documents that matter most to you.
Reports
Introducing templates for Presenter Adaptive
We are excited to launch our new feature, Presenter Adaptive templates. You can now craft reports with a polished layout and captivating design in record time.
Our report library hosts templates tailored to suit the most common report types, meticulously crafted by our design experts. We've organized the library, so you can sort the reports by category, or alphabetically, whichever way works best for you! Simply start a new report, select your desired template, and voila! You're set with a designer layout, primed for your data. Don't want to use a template today? That's okay, just select the blank report and create as usual.
Our templates are incredibly flexible, allowing you to tweak them to perfectly align with your unique business needs. Efficiently create your presentations with our new templates and leave a lasting impression on your audience.
Preview Presenter Adaptive reports
We understand the importance of testing your reports before sharing them. That's why we've included a preview feature directly within the report builder interface. With a single click, you can preview your reports saved as draft or as published to ensure they meet your expectations. Whether your data sources are defined or not, our preview function provides a clear visualization, helping you gauge the style and fit of each object within your report.
Save Presenter Adaptive reports as draft
We want to make it easier for you to configure your reports. With this release we’re giving you the ability to save your Presenter Adaptive reports as a draft.
When you’re working with a draft, you can save your reports without specifying all data sources upfront, creating and refining your reports incrementally. Never worry about losing your progress again - even if you need to switch tasks midway through. Simply save your draft and revisit it later to add the finishing touches. When your report is ready for sharing, save it as published.
To ensure clarity, we've added visual indicators in the status column and next to the report title, making it easy to distinguish between drafts and published reports.
Plus, if you're working on multiple similar reports, our duplicate option for draft reports streamlines your workflow, saving you valuable time.

Scheduler
Faster access to locked imports in scheduler
We’ve revised how imports and data transformations are locked within a folder in the scheduler to expedite your access to edit data. Previously, all items in a folder were locked during import, preventing any edits. With this update, in folders that contain only imports and data transformations, we now release the lock on each item as soon as the import finishes. You no longer need to wait for the entire folder to complete; you’ll have immediate edit access to each object once it is complete.
Composer
Deleting locked calculations now possible
You can now delete locked calculations that are no longer needed. This allows for a better cleanup and organization of calculations that are no longer relevant to your workflow. A component may contain nested components, for example nested calculations, tables, or other components. In this case, some or all components could be locked. If you attempt to delete this specific component, any associated output linked to those components will be permanently lost after you delete.

Reordering formulas and renaming columns made simple
Introducing an enhanced Composer Calculation Wizard! Now, not only can you effortlessly reorder formulas to suit your needs, but you can also rename columns directly within the wizard.
With our latest enhancement, you can now rearrange formulas effortlessly. No more deleting and starting over just to insert a new formula where you want it. Save time and streamline your workflow by organizing formulas exactly how you need them. To know more, read: Creating formulas in calculations.
With the ability to rename columns on the Display Column tab, you can ensure clarity and coherence in your models. No more confusion caused by generic column names. Plus, renamed columns are reflected in the formula step, making your model easier to follow and understand for all users. Please note that you will not be able to rename Sort calculations. To know more, read: Defining display columns.
Switching data sources made easy
Earlier, replacing data sources in Composer was a tedious task, requiring manual updates for each element in the calculation. Now, we've made switching data sources in your calculations a breeze! Here's how it works: Let's say you're editing a calculation that pulls data from two sources. If you decide to swap out one of them, just drag the new table to replace the old one. When you check your Restrictions, Display Columns, and Formulas tab, you will notice that the data source automatically adjusts to match the new table, thanks to a matching column. But if there's no match for a column, the original calculation stays put and will prompt you to change the unmatched column and update it to match the new table.

Reports
Customize your report visuals
We have made it easier for you to show just the right image in your reports! With this new enhancement, you can set conditions for when specific images should appear in your report. Simply choose a default image, and define rules for when alternative images should be displayed based on your specified conditions. You have the flexibility to add multiple conditions, ensuring that the right image is shown at the right time. If no conditions are met, your default image will seamlessly take its place.
