Login page

To log in, enter your username and password.

If you have trouble logging in, click Problems signing in? to email your administrator.

Note

In Sales Portal Classic, click Do not have an account? to email your administrator.

Changing a password from the login page

You can change your password from the login page.

This feature is only available if the self-service password reset option is enabled in Model settings in Incentives: Setting web user login security options.

The following rules apply to passwords:

  • Passwords must have a minimum of eight characters and include a lowercase and uppercase letter, number, and symbol

  1. On the Sales Portal login page, click your profile picture.

  2. Click Change password.

  3. Type in your current password, new password, and confirm your new password.

  4. Click Save.
