[en] Setting up Varicent Incentives app for Slack

[en] Incentives administrators need to set up the Varicent Incentives app for Slack for their users to access their reports and inquiries.

[en] Adding Varicent Incentives app for Slack to your Slack workspace

[en] To add Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack to your Slack workspace:

  1. [en] From the IncentivesIncentives Admin panel, click Model settings Settings Icon → Slack app.

  2. [en] Turn on the Slack app access toggle.

  3. [en] Click Add to Slack button.

    [en] You will be redirected to the Slack permissions page.

  4. [en] Select a Slack workspace from the menu drop-down where you wish to install the Varicent Incentives app.

  5. [en] View permissions and select a channel to post app updates in.

    ヒント

    [en] We suggest using a blank channel or the Slackbot channel.

  6. [en] Click Allow.

  7. [en] Close the Slack permissions page, and open the Slack app to access the Varicent Incentives app for Slack in your selected workspace.

[Slack]アプリのインセンティブレポートにアクセスする

[en] Accessing Incentives pick lists on Varicent Incentives app for Slack

[en] Admins have the option to choose whether they want the report's pick list to be visible in their payee's Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack. You can enable single and multiple pick lists in the IncentivesIncentives report for your payees to access in the Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack.

注記

[en] You won't be able to display a pick list in the Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack if it's dependent on another pick list.

[en] To give access to a pick list in a report:

  1. [en] In the Reports module, select a Presenter Adaptive report that you have given access to in the Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack.

  2. [en] Click on the pick list that you want to display in the Varicent IncentivesIncentives app for Slack.

    [en] You can add a pick list by clicking on Add icon Add object, and dropping the Pick list object on the report canvas.

  3. [en] Under Slack pick list configuration, turn on the Display in Slack toggle.
