In this release, we're excited to launch a new feature that enables you to efficiently retrieve data from tables for real-time calculations and multi-source editing in Presenter Adaptive reports. With the Report Data Model, you can do away with reports that just show a static display of information. You can use Report Data Models to identify and limit the data and calculations included in your report. To read more about the Report Data Model, see: Report Data Model

Within the Report Data Model you can add Report data stores to support data editing in the table and to feed data into a series of calculations. Find out more about Report data stores here: Report data stores

Aggregations can be added for calculations that need to be displayed on the report. To learn about aggregations, read: Aggregations

Report data stores and aggregations can be used in any charts on the report. Edited values and calculations can save to ICM.

Parameters can be used to pass additional information from the report to Report Data Model. Parameters can be text, numeric or date and can have a default value. A parameter can be linked to a pick list on a report and used in calculations in the Report Data Model. The calculations will update when the pick list value is changed. Introducing a new way to access and view your planned territories information - directly from within Varicent ICM! Now, with successful integration, all the maps you have given access to in Varicent Sales Planning will be accessible in Varicent ICM. Get started by setting up a new web tab in Portal Access and view your selected maps in Sales Portal.

With Fabric email, you now have the convenience of taking action on an inquiry from within an email on your mobile. With the admin or payee's email connected to a designated swimlane, an email will be sent when an inquiry has been submitted. This feature makes it easy and quick to see the inquiry details and take action on an inquiry without having to go into the workflow.

In this release, you now have the option to add templated comments to text fields on mobile. When adding text fields to an inquiry, you can add templated answers and choose a response from the drop down menu.

In these release, we've created some enhancements to improve your overall reporting experience:

You can now pin columns in your Presenter Adaptive table. This feature gives you the ability to display data in a more user-friendly way. You can easily track the subject of each row as you scroll horizontally. To learn more about pinned columns, read: Pinning columns on a table in your Presenter Adaptive report

With the single save feature you can submit data in multiple tables and row input forms at the same time and save those changes all at once. You can do away with saving each component individually. Through this enhancement you have a single save button even when editing or updating multiple components of your report. We've now added filters on pick list fields in tables. When editing records in a table you can set limitations to the values available for the pick list field. When viewing your Presenter Adaptive report, the listed values in the pick list will be those that meet the filter conditions that you've set. With conditional rendering applied to objects within your Presenter Adaptive report you can set whether to display or not show objects. This helps you build reports that are scalable across many users and roles and reduce the number of reports to update. This new enhancement provides you the flexibility to add http/https links to any web address or report to a text or image object, adding valuable context to your agreements.
