Accessibility
Improvements for accessibility
We are constantly working to improve accessibility and empower all Incentives users. With this release we have made these enhancements to make our platform more inclusive.
We’ve made adjustments to ensure usability of content at up to 400% browser zoom.
We've improved the keyboard navigation within modals. Once a modal is open, you can smoothly move through its contents using your keyboard in a loop. Close the modal by pressing the ESC key, and your keyboard will return focus to where you were before opening the modal.
Our updates improved navigation for keyboards and screen readers across menus and submenus.
This release improves keyboard navigation using the tab and arrow keys in footer menus.
Adjustments for screen readers now ensure that loading or busy notifications are announced.
This enhancement also ensures that screen readers can access and interpret items in the notifications panel.
Report links in portrait mode now display an overflow indicator if they extend beyond the viewport.

Enforce best practices for your formulas
In this release, we added a feature that allows you to enforce best practices for formulas used in calculations.
In Model settings, select whether all calculations in your model or only newly created calculations must meet best practices.

Portal Access
Enhanced portal security
Now, before disabling all web users in the Portal Access module, administrators will encounter a confirmation dialog box. This prompt provides a clear warning that executing this action will permanently erase all user's passwords. Once cleared, these passwords cannot be restored, requiring users to set a new password upon reactivation. This ensures a more informed and secure process for managing user access in the portal.

Dynamic text in Presenter Adaptive reports
Dynamic text has been incorporated into several sections of Presenter Adaptive reports. This enhancement gives you the ability to personalize reports for payees and efficiently manage reports with dynamically changing content.
The following areas now support dynamic and static text simultaneously:
Header titles and header descriptions for tables, charts, images, videos, row input forms, list objects, and groups
Pick list, date picker, and date range picker labels
Callout object title and message fields
Metric object titles
Footer text for PDFs
These areas give you the option to use dynamic or static text:
Placeholder text for pick lists, date picker, and date range picker objects
Callout object hyperlink labels
Labels for control menus
Chart labels:
X and Y axis labels
Line and Column charts: column axis and line axis labels
Bubble charts: category size
Radar charts: column tooltip, line tooltip, and area tooltip
Heatmap charts: value label
Button text in tables, row input forms, and single save buttons for reports
Title for row totals in tables
Labels for value totals in list objects
Labels for hyperlinks in metric objects and list objects

PDF publish pixel width adjustments
Experiencing PDF publishing challenges where columns are cut off or you’re finding gaps? You can now define the pixel width for PDF printing in Presenter Adaptive reports and Plan Documents to ensure a seamless fit. We've set a default width of 1280px, but you can now adjust this setting for optimal report presentation.
Table column group headers in Excel exports
We’ve made some adjustments to table column groups. With this release you will now see your table group names included in the header column when a table is exported to Excel.
Customizing your table column widths in Presenter Adaptive reports
Styling your data tables just got easier! This update allows you to quickly set column widths that are responsive or fixed in Presenter Adaptive reports. You can also set column widths by ratio. But don’t fret, the column widths in any of your existing tables will not be affected by this update.
Enhanced security for Presenter Adaptive report parameters
We’ve added enhanced security for Presenter Adaptive report parameters. We validate any changes made to a report’s URL against the user’s available pick list options. If the URL is invalid, we’ll set the pick list to the default value, or to empty if there is no default. This makes sure your users only see what they’re supposed to see.
