Redefining Plan Documents for you

Your documents, your way!

Prepare for a transformative enhancement in our Plan Documents module. In fact, it’s such a major enhancement that we’ve created a completely new module that replaces the previous version. In this release, you'll experience a significant upgrade that combines the flexibility of our Workflows module with our current Plan Document distribution and approval process.

Here's what the new Plan Documents has to offer:

  • Comprehensive Plan Document solution

    An end-to-end solution for Plan document creation, distribution, and collection of e-signatures for approval and acceptance.

  • Customizable PDF attachments

    Most plan documents consist primarily of static content which is common to all of the payees on that plan document. Rather than linking agreements to external documents or trying to move any external content into your agreement, you can simply upload your static document to be included either before or after the generated agreement.

  • Flexible routing templates

    Choose from prebuilt routing templates, including payee only, manager-payee approval, or customize your own route to go through multiple approval tiers within your organization.

  • Automated document distribution

    Automate agreement deliveries to newly added payees without manual intervention. Instead of manually selecting recipients from your system payee table, you can create rule-based recipient lists based on your own tables, and schedule the route to run for any new payees that are added to that set.

  • Email notifications

    Keep stakeholders involved with automated email notifications. Use the Alert node to notify managers and payees via Sales Portal and email notifications.

  • Effortless migration

    No need to create the same Plan document in separate models. Save time and transfer existing agreements and routes smoothly between environments using the Migration tool.

  • Monitor sign-offs

    Track approvals conveniently from the admin console within the routing canvas.

  • Download and offline storage

    Quickly and easily download your signed plan documents in bulk. Documents can be downloaded based on their sign-off types. This makes it easy to archive documents outside of the system and keep your data organized.

  • View and submit approvals in the mobile app

    Using the Varicent mobile app, you can easily view agreements and submit approvals through the Plan Documents module.

Reports

Bulk Export PDF versions of Presenter Adaptive reports

Batch export PDFs of your Presenter Adaptive reports quickly and dynamically using the new Export button.

Easy exporting: With just a few clicks, you can export your reports as PDF publications, either as individual PDF files or as one consolidated PDF file, instantly and on-demand.

Personalized publications: Craft and send custom publications to specific user groups from the same Presenter Adaptive report. Your recipients will receive information tailored to their needs, ensuring a more relevant and engaging experience. 

Saved publications: Export your reports as one-time publications or take efficiency to the next level with saved publications. Schedule a saved publication and manage it in the task manager to eliminate repetitive report generation. Automatically generate and send out scheduled reports at set intervals.

Custom PDF options: You have full control of your exports. Select the reports you want to export as individual PDF documents based on the report parameters. To maintain organized files, you have the choice to specify a folder location for saving your exported PDFs. Determine the level of detail you want to include by choosing whether to expand all table groups in your Presenter Adaptive reports during a bulk export, ensuring that all rows are included in the PDFs. 

Effortless emailing: We understand that sending your PDFs should be hassle-free. That’s why you can now email your PDF publications directly in the exporting wizard. Send them to a single recipient or send multiple dynamically targeted emails based on the report parameters.

Add a name to objects in your Presenter Adaptive report

Easily identify report objects by adding a name to the objects in your Presenter Adaptive reports. With this update, you can quickly and seamlessly identify which object is being used by a specific stored value or parameter. Custom Callouts for Presenter Adaptive

Need to grab the attention of your payees? We've introduced an exciting new object you can use in your Presenter Adaptive reports to do just that. Craft your message with a customized title and text, and even include a link to a URL or an existing report. We have different callout types to help your message stand out. Control when your callouts appear with conditional visibility. Engage your payees when you need them. Reports

Customize the Navigation Menu Position

Now, you have the ability to position your navigation menu where you want it. Leave the menu at the top of the page, or try out our new enhancement and place your menu vertically on the left side of the screen. With this new positioning, your navigation menu becomes collapsible, providing you with an unobstructed view of your reports. Easily explore menu items and stay updated with a quick glance at your notifications, without clicking away from your reports. Organize your tables with pinned columns

In this release, we've given you the ability to pin table columns in your Presenter Adaptive reports. With this enhancement, you can lock multiple columns to the left side of your table while the remaining data scrolls horizontally. You can also easily rearrange the pinned columns as needed. Payees can personalize their Sales Portal experience by pinning columns, providing a customized, local view. Now you and your Payees can organize lengthy tables by pinning important columns. For more information, read: Pinning columns on a table in your Presenter Adaptive report

Group columns in Presenter Adaptive reports

If your tables are sprawling and in need of some reorganization, we have a new feature for you. We’ve given you the ability to group table columns in Presenter Adaptive reports. Now, you can restructure your data presentation quickly. Add columns to a group and assign group names. A simple drag and drop of the group is all it takes now to swiftly reorder multiple columns in one go. Your columns will be neatly organized under the names you assigned. Conditional formatting of calculated columns

Conditional formatting can give you quick, easy to spot insights into your data. We’ve extended the capabilities in Presenter Adaptive to allow you to apply conditional formatting not only to the data tables in your reports, but now to the calculated columns in those tables as well. Admin

Global actions can run concurrently

You can now concurrently perform many types of global actions. You can perform these actions in parallel on unrelated tables, both manually and from Scheduler.

We’ve made this feature available to the following types of global actions:

  • Data transformation

  • Row imports

  • Row edits

  • Sales portal data edits

A smoother experience with Entitlements in Salesforce connection

We’ve updated some product mapping logic to resolve some Entitlements issues in the Salesforce connection.

Workflows

Define report object visibility and editability throughout the Workflow

In this release, you can now define the visibility and editability of a Presenter Adaptive report object throughout a workflow. Set report objects to be visible or hidden, editable, or as read-only at each action node in a workflow. Updates to the Inquiry Management page

For an enhanced user experience with the Workflow module, we have updated the Inquiry Management page so that any filters applied are retained throughout until you change or clear the filters. Additionally, we also now show a count of the items displayed per page so you can tell at a glance the number of items that your applied filters resulted in.

Height resizing for hidden group objects in Presenter Adaptive

When an object within a group is hidden and other objects rearrange and move up within the group, the group itself should resize in height if possible.

Improved table display for mobile devices

We've fine-tuned the appearance of tables in Presenter Adaptive for mobile devices. Your tables will now occupy the full screen width, making the most of your mobile view. We've streamlined the rows to ensure you see more data at a glance, and improved table footers to help you better navigate your data on small screens.

Fixed an issue where, an error occurred when deleting a source from a Report Data Source.

Resolved an issue where, when running a linked report resulted in an error which displayed a blank screen with a loading indicator. This issue occrred due to reports containing parameters with dependencies that no longer existed in the report structure.

Resolved an issue where, while viewing a report, the list does not fully update based on the specified period picklist. Records specifying the period picklist selection were added, but previously displayed records that didn't meet the current picklist selection were not removed.

We have made a change in the CLI's behaviour. The CLI will now monitor the live activity endpoint every 2 seconds for the first 2 minutes and subsequently check once every minute. Previously, the check was performed every minute consistently.
