Fixed: Resolved an issue where values in reports on Payee Web do not sort correctly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Restore a model.

2. Log in to Payee Web.

3. Go to a report with a data grid that contains numeric values.

4. Sort a value column.

The result is some rows do not sort correctly when all rows should sort correctly.
