Fixed: When clicking a link from one report to another using a parameter, an error occurs with the message, "Input string was not in a correct format."
Reproduction Steps
1. Log in to Payee Web.
2. Go to a report that contains a parameter with a link to another report.
3. Click the link in the report.
Result: The user is redirected to a blank page. The error message is "Input string was not in a correct format".
