Improvements to Symon calculations

When adding Symon calculations in Composer, you should notice communication between Incentives and Varicent ELT is faster!

Previously, Symon calculations always needed to include a data source. Now, you don't need to include a data source. If you don't specify a data source when adding a Symon calculation, when you run a calculation, it triggers a prediction run and download in Varicent ELT.

We've also improved the import and export windows when setting up Symon calculation in Composer. When mapping imports, it will auto-select if there is only one input tool in Varicent ELT. When mapping exports, it will auto-select the first export and automatically map by default.
