Fixed: if a non-administrative user role tries to go to the audit log, they see a blank page.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to the admin client as a user who has permission to view the audit log, but does not have administrative permissions (all permissions).

2. Go to the audit log.

Result: the audit log page is blank.
