Exporting PDF versions of an agreement
You have the ability to bulk export your agreement as PDF publications. You can choose to export the PDF as a one-time publication, or as a saved publication. Saved publications can be emailed within the Export wizard, run on demand, or scheduled to run automatically.
One-time publications:
From your agreement, click the Export button.
Click New publication, One-time publication.
Select the Portal access group from the drop-down. A report will be generated for each member of the selected Portal access group.
Click Next.
Select formatting options for the PDF:
Set the orientation to Portrait or Landscape.
Set the export to include all statements in one PDF file or separate into individual PDF files.
Select auto scaling, or custom scaling.
Add an optional header image
Drag and drop your image file, or click to upload an image file from your computer.
Add an optional footer. Enter the footer text. Check the Include page numbers checkbox.
Use the Expand all table groups checkbox to determine the level of detail to include in the report. Expanding table groups includes all rows in the PDFs.
Click Next.
Set the publication path for your export. Your report will be exported to My account\Downloads\Publisher. You have the option to specify a file path. Create your file path by typing folder names separated by a “\” backslash. Optionally add a prefix to your downloaded file name.
Click Export.
Navigate to the Activity module
to monitor the publishing process.
Click the delete icon
at any time during publishing to stop the export. This can’t be undone. Click Stop to confirm.
To view your exports, click My account
, Downloads

Click the Publisher tab.
Saved publications:
From within your agreement, click the Export button.
Click New publication, Saved publication. The Export wizard will open.
Select the Portal access group from the drop-down. A report will be generated for each member of the selected Portal access group.
Click Next.
Select formatting options for the PDF:

Select your Email options:
Select a main recipient from the To dropdown. Add additional recipients separated by new lines as needed.
Check the email each payee their individual reports (Bcc) checkbox if you previously selected Separate into individual PDF files and would like to send each payee only their report.
Click the Customize email button to personalize the email.
Use the Recipient name and Report name variable buttons to create your email subject line and body text.
Warning
If you set the export to include all statements in one PDF file, the Email each payee their individual reports checkbox will send the single PDF containing ALL statements to all email recipients.
You can only send individual payees their own report if you set the export to Separate into individual PDF files AND check the email each payee their individual reports (Bcc) checkbox.
Click Save. You will be returned to the email options. Make any further changes needed to the email recipients.
Click Next.
Set the publication path for your export. Your report will be exported to My account\Downloads\Publisher. You have the option to specify a file path. Create a file path by typing folder names separated by a “\” backslash. Optionally add a prefix to your downloaded file name.
Under Save publication your publication name is pre-populated. Optionally, rename your publication by typing a new title in the Publication name field.
Run this export now is the default setting. Uncheck this option if you are not exporting the file immediately. The file will be available to publish as needed from (Saved publications) or available to schedule from the Scheduler module.
Click Export.
Navigate to the Activity module

To view your exports, click My account

Click the Publisher tab.
Schedule a saved publication and manage it in the task manager to eliminate repetitive report generation. Automatically generate and send out scheduled reports at set intervals.
Manage saved publications
Manage your saved publications under Model settings\Saved publications.
Click Model settings
Click the Manage dropdown. Select Saved publications.
On your publication click More options
.Click Run to export your report.
Click Edit to open the Export wizard and make changes to your export settings.
Click Delete to delete the saved publication. This can’t be undone.
All saved publications can be viewed within the agreement.
Click the Plan Documents module

Open your agreement.
Click the Export button.
Any saved reports will be visible in the drop-down menu.
To edit the saved report, click the agreement name. The Export wizard will open under Saved publications in Model settings.
Schedule publications
Once a publication is saved, it can be added as a task in Scheduler.
Click the Scheduler module
. Open the schedule.
Click Add task.
Select Publish from the task type dropdown.
Select your saved publication from the Select publications dropdown.
Under Frequency click to enable the Add run toggle.
Set the frequency to allow your PDF export to run automatically.
Click Save.
