Profile settings

Under Profile settings, you can access the Profile, Notifications, Password, and API key for your account. Under the Profile tab, you can change the email that you'll be using for your account. Under the Password tab, you can change your password. On the API key tab, you can generate, delete, and regenerate an API key.

In the notifications page, Workflow notifications triggered by Inquiry Workflows include the following options:

Under My assigned inquiries, manage email notifications for changes made to your assigned inquiries.

Under My affiliated inquiries, manage email notifications for changes made to inquiries that you have performed an action on.

Under Unassigned inquiries, manage email notifications for changes made to inquiries that have not been assigned to an administrator.
